The staff has been nothing but kind,, Amanda has been a god send for me, especially dealing with some personal issues. I mean. If this world had more people like her,, it would be a better place, you know?

The lack of staff after midnight creates a problem if you need assistance!!! The cleanliness of the floors and linens left a lot to be desired, especially in the bathroom!!! The amenities are almost nonexistent!!!

The property features well-maintained flower beds that add a nice touch to the appearance. Plenty of fast food options nearby like 5 Guys and a Dunkin’ Donuts ensure there's always something to grab when hunger strikes.

Unfortunately, the rooms need serious attention. the bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete, and the sheets had clumps of mud, suggesting they weren’t properly cleaned. Noise from the interstate made it hard to sleep, and the lack of staff after midnight left me feeling exposed to the chaotic activities from other guests. Scattered pot holes in the parking lot became quite the hazard, and the lack of a comfortable chair or sufficient pillows felt like an oversight.

Had a great time with friends exploring Jacksonville Beaches and EverBank Field. The staff was helpful, and the rates were budget-friendly. Perfect spot for a fun group trip. Just keep in mind the hotel isn't fancy, and some amenities like the pool weren't available. There are eateries like 5 Guys nearby, which was convenient! Overall, a decent choice for a night or two.
